Заказала 3 ленты: лёгкую(синяя), среднюю(желтую) и тяжёлую(красную). Вполне хорошие, но средняя (желтая) ничем не отличается от лёгкой (синей), также на ней отсутствует надпись, как на других двух.

ленты пришли за 1,5 месяца, соответствует описанию, трек по стране не отслеживался, положили в почтовый ящик.
цена-качество соответствует, у меня есть на 16 кг резина из магазина, она по ощущениям тяжелее чем эта чëрная. и на ощупь какая то липкая чтоли. в общем: пользоваться можно, но больше такую заказывать не буду.

Perhaps a bit sweaty in summer, and their resistance curve is quite steep, in the sense that they do not have a long linear range of extension but rather a fairly short, steep, soon to max-out curve. But they are fine for me, a 175cm male, for doing hydrants. I can do hydrants with this band with my right leg but my left leg finds the band too tough. If I use two of these bands then I can't do anything! They are a lot cheaper than ankle weights, and more of a workout. I am not sure how long it will last but, at this price, a bargain. I think I will buy a third one. The picture is of me doing some hydrants with the band on. I am also using ankle weights but the band is more of a workout than the 3kg ankle weights.
